This site is dedicated to the memory of Maureen Atkinson.
My lovely Mum, Maureen Atkinson, was born on 11th July 1934 to her parents, Carrie and Edward Wainwright. She was the eldest daughter and had three siblings, Brian, Norma and Jean. Mum married my Dad, Don, on 5th February and during their long and happy marriage had Stephen, David and Sue (me).
The emptiness Mum has left in all of our lives can only be understood by people who knew and loved her. Mum will always be remembered - We think of you always x x

You only have one Mum, patient kind and true,
no other friend in all the world can be the same to you.
So angels please take this message to my dear Mum up above
tell her how I miss her and give her all my love.
Remembering her is easy, I do it every day
but there is an ache within my heart that will never go away.
Can't believe you left us 6 years ago Mum - you are always in our thoughts x x x
